ServiceNow Developer - ITOM & ITSM

• Minimum 5 years of ServiceNow development experience 
• Strong experience with ITSM and working knowledge of ITOM modules such as CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management. 
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, and Flow Designer. 
• Experience developing REST/SOAP integrations and working with IntegrationHub is an advantage. 
• Good understanding of CMDB, the Identification and Reconciliation Engine (IRE) and CMDB health metrics, CSDM, and ServiceNow development best practices. 
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills. 
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams. 
Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and platform capabilities. 
• Implement and support ITSM modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Service Catalog, and Knowledge Management. 
• Configure and support ITOM capabilities such as CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management. 
Key Resposibility: 
• Develop sernver-side and client-side solutions using JavaScript, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Flow Designer, and Catalog Items. 
• Build and maintain REST/SOAP integrations with enterprise systems and third-party applications. 
• Develop and maintain Import Sets, Transform Maps, Scheduled Imports, and data integrations. 
• Troubleshoot platform issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement enhancements. 
• Participate in code reviews, testing, deployments, and Agile ceremonies.
