JD:
- Proficiency with process mapping tools (Visio, ARIS, Miro/Mural, Process Advisor).
- Understanding of KPI frameworks, SLAs, and performance indicators.
- Awareness of automation and digitisation tools (Power Automate, ServiceNow RPA, Alteryx).
- Familiarity with core Southern Water systems (Maximo, Ellipse, GIS/ArcGIS, Workday, ServiceNow, SAP BO, Prism) advantageous.)
Risk & Compliance
- Understanding of process controls, risk mitigation, and audit‑readiness.
