About the role
Senior Salesforce Developer
We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in Salesforce CPQ and enterprise integrations to support a global Tender & Pricing Transformation program. This role involves building scalable CPQ solutions, implementing pricing logic, integrating Salesforce with SAP/ERP systems, and supporting multi-country deployments for a global healthcare enterprise.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead Salesforce CPQ implementation including product configuration, pricing rules, discount schedules, and approval workflows
- Design and develop complex Apex classes, triggers, batch processes, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Architect and implement integrations with SAP S/4HANA or other ERP systems using APIs or middleware
- Develop data migration frameworks and validation processes for legacy system transitions
- Configure multi-currency pricing, tiered pricing models, and country-specific business logic
- Build branded, multi-language quote document templates
- Ensure high-quality code with unit testing (75%+ coverage) and adherence to best practices
- Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers
- Support global country rollouts and localization of configurations
- Perform impact analysis for Salesforce seasonal releases
- Collaborate with Delivery Lead for sprint planning, estimation, and risk assessment
- Maintain technical documentation and architecture artifacts
Skills & Experience
- 7+ years of Salesforce development experience (Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, Visualforce)
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ
- Strong experience in enterprise integrations with SAP, Oracle, or other ERP systems via REST/SOAP or middleware (MuleSoft preferred)
- Experience with large-scale data migration and ETL processes
- Deep understanding of Salesforce governor limits and performance optimization
- Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools (Copado, Gearset, or SFDX-based CI/CD)
- Experience working in multi-currency, multi-locale environments
- Strong problem-solving and technical design skills
- Good technical documentation and communication skills
Good to Have
- Experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud / Billing
- Knowledge of Contract Lifecycle Management tools (Conga, DocuSign CLM, etc.)
- Experience in Life Sciences / Pharmaceutical domain
- Understanding of GxP validation requirements
- Experience with platform events and asynchronous architecture
