ServiceNow Test Manager (ATF)

7+ years of software testing experience with significant ServiceNow testing exposure.
Prior hands-on manual testing experience is mandatory.
Strong expertise in ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF).
Experience testing ITSM, CSM, Custom Applications/App Engine, and Integrations.
Experience leading manual testing teams and driving automation initiatives.
Strong understanding of QA processes, Agile delivery, and defect management.

Certifications
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – Mandatory.
ServiceNow CIS certification is an advantage.
