We are looking for a high-performing Salesforce Business Analyst to bridge the gap between Marketing/Sales stakeholders and our technical delivery teams. You will lead the discovery and documentation of complex Salesforce enhancements, with a heavy focus on optimizing the Lead-to-Opportunity (L2O) funnel.
The ideal candidate produces documentation—User Stories, Process Maps, and UAT plans—that drive consistent execution across internal teams and global consultant partners.
Define requirements for lead intake, scoring, and automated routing to ensure a seamless transition from Marketing to Sales.
Document the functional logic for converting Leads to Accounts, Contacts, and Opportunities, including custom field mapping and validation rules.
Partner with Marketing to ensure Salesforce architecture supports accurate ROI tracking and campaign influence reporting.
Lead workshops to capture business pain points and translate them into Epics and User Stories with rigorous Acceptance Criteria.
Use Lucidchart to build As-Is and To-Be flows to identify bottlenecks in the sales motion.
Own the Business Design Documents (BDDs) and ensure a clear "Definition of Ready" before developers begin a sprint.
Partner with Salesforce Architects to validate that technical designs (Flows, Apex, Integrations) meet the original business intent.
Active participation in Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, and Retrospectives.
Create end-to-end test scenarios, coordinate business sign-off, and manage defect triage.
7+ years as a Business Analyst, with 3+ years dedicated to the Salesforce ecosystem.
Proven experience in Marketing Operations or Sales Ops, specifically managing lead-to-appointment or lead-to-opportunity workflows.
Expert level in Jira, Confluence, and Lucidchart.
Salesforce Certified Business Analyst or Administrator is required. Sales Cloud Consultant is a plus.
Exceptional English verbal and written skills; ability to influence stakeholders in the US (PST) and India (IST).
Deep understanding of Scrum methodologies and the ability to manage a groomed backlog.
