Salesforce Developer

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team who will be instrumental in enhancing our Salesforce solutions. This role focuses on delivering high-quality development and deployment of Salesforce applications while working in the UK shift from 2 PM to 11 PM.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flow Builder to streamline business processes.
Implement Salesforce CPQ solutions, including product rules, price books, quote templates, and approval workflows.
Configure and integrate AgentForce alongside AI/BI tools for improved operational efficiency.
Own the complete project lifecycle from requirements gathering through deployment, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to stakeholder expectations.
Work autonomously during offshore hours, managing tasks with minimal supervision while coordinating with other team members.
Document technical processes and system configurations clearly for future reference and support.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve any issues that may arise during development and deployment phases.

Requirements:

6-7+ years of Salesforce development experience with a high proficiency in Apex, LWC, and Flow Builder.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ, covering product rules, price books, quote templates, and approval workflows.
Strong background in AgentForce configuration and integration of AI/BI tools is highly desirable.
Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is required; Developer II certification is preferred.
Demonstrated ability to independently manage projects from initiation to deployment.
Experience working in B2B SaaS or GTM/Revenue Operations environments is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities within a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Salesforce DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipeline management.
Knowledge of Salesforce best practices and coding standards.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
