Salesforce Developer Job Description

 Develop Apex (classes and triggers), Lightning Components, and Visualforce to
extend Salesforce to support business requirements
 Application development, Flows & integration, Lightning Web Components,
 Assist with each release cycle to implement and deploy new/updates to existing
applications and code
 Testing (unit and systems) and debugging
 Striving towards coding best practices and data quality
 Contributing to technical documentation
 Supporting the Salesforce Administrator on occasion
 Should be up to date on key technological trends and should be able to device
ways to use them in the context of EAS processes.
 Understand the business domain and related data/application technical
architecture.
 Engage with clients to identify new solutions and related business models and
discuss long-term vision and tailor solutions to suit the future needs of the
organization.
 Understand the various technologies and platforms for the customer and define
the strategy migration / retirements etc.
 Identify and evaluate new technologies, assess the same and identify areas
where these can be mapped for the customer.
 Solution Conceptualization.
 Developing and leading proof-of-concepts in projects that help in demonstrating
business value from new technology for customers.
