Job Summary: 

 

The Salesforce Technical Architect is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing complex Salesforce solutions that align with business goals. This role requires deep technical expertise, strategic thinking, and leadership to guide development teams and ensure scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce systems. 

 

 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

 

12+ years of experience in Salesforce development and architecture. 

 

Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions. 

 

Design architectural blueprints and technical specifications. 

 

Ensure solutions adhere to Salesforce best practices and enterprise architecture standards. 

 

Lead technical teams through the full project lifecycle: design, development, testing, and deployment. 

 

Conduct code reviews and ensure high-quality deliverables. 

 

Mentor developers and junior architects. 

 

Develop custom applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and APIs. 

 

Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools. 

 

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and data anomalies. 

 

Ensure compliance with security, performance, and governance standards. 

 

Manage risks and proactively resolve issues. 

 

Maintain documentation and support change management processes. 

 

Work closely with business stakeholders, project managers, and enterprise architects.
