Salesforce Business Analyst – Field Service (FSL)
Looking for an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst with strong hands-on experience in
Salesforce Field Service (FSL). The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and
Salesforce technical teams to understand requirements and translate them into scalable FSL
solutions.
Key Responsibilities
● Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Salesforce Field Service
(FSL).
● Work with stakeholders to understand field service processes and translate them into
Salesforce solutions.
● Create BRD, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional specifications.
● Work closely with Salesforce Developers, Architects, and QA teams throughout the
implementation lifecycle.
● Analyze and document FSL workflows, scheduling, dispatch, work orders, service
appointments, and mobile processes.
● Participate in requirement walkthroughs, solution discussions, UAT, and defect resolution.
● Support end-to-end delivery from requirement gathering through deployment and post-
production support.
● Identify process improvements and recommend appropriate Salesforce/FSL solutions.
Required Skills
● 4+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst.
● Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Field Service (FSL).
● Good understanding of Work Orders, Service Appointments, Service Resources, Scheduling,
Dispatching, and Field Service Mobile.
● Strong experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, user stories, and UAT.
● Good understanding of Salesforce CRM and standard Salesforce functionality.
● Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
● Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Good to Have
● Salesforce Field Service Consultant certification.
● Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud.
● Understanding of Salesforce integrations and data flows.
● Experience working with geographically distributed teams.
Work Schedule
● Initial working hours: 5:30 PM – 10:30 PM IST (5 hours/day).
● The working hours are expected to increase to 8 hours/day at a later stage, based on
project requirements.
