Mandatory Skills
- Expert-level knowledge of Java, Groovy, and Grails
- Strong expertise in JavaScript, jQuery, and React
- Proven experience in system design and enterprise architecture
- Strong leadership and technical decision-making skills
- Experience leading teams and large-scale initiatives
Good-to-Have Skills (CI/CD & Cloud)
- Ownership of CI/CD strategy, standards, and governance (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, etc.)
- Experience designing secure, scalable deployment pipelines
- Strong understanding of cloud architecture, scalability, and cost optimization
- Knowledge of high availability, disaster recovery, and security models
- Experience with observability, incident management, and operational excellence
- Familiarity with Infrastructure-as-Code concepts
- Experience with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure)
AI & Productivity
- Champion AI-assisted development using GitHub Copilot
- Define AI usage guidelines, prompt standards, and validation practices
- Use AI for architecture reviews, code reviews, and documentation
- Ensure AI usage aligns with security, compliance, and quality standards
