Recruiter checklist

S.No	Skill/Requirement
1	Overall experience and recent Angular delivery – 8+ years overall, strong frontend background, recent hands-on Angular project delivery in the last 2-3 years.
2	Advanced JavaScript (ES6+) & Execution Logic – ownership-level experience. Ask about closures, async/await, promises, scoping, and output of small code snippets. This is the same kind of JS reasoning panel tested with execution-style questions.
3	Modern Angular (v16/v17/v18/v19) & Reactivity – hands-on experience. Ask about Signals, Zone.js, and recent Angular version work. Signals and zoneless Angular are widely discussed as modern Angular reactivity topics.
4	CSS3 Layouts & Responsive Design – hands-on experience. Ask how they handle page layouts, responsive design, positioning, and simple CSS challenges.
5	Advanced RxJS & State Management (NgRx/Subjects) – hands-on/ownership preferred. Ask about API chaining, cancellation, observables, Subjects, and state handling in larger apps.
6	Core Web Fundamentals (HTML5 / Web APIs) – knowledge level is enough. Ask about semantic tags, doctype, and viewport/meta tag basics.
7	Angular testing & build tools – exposure is enough. Ask whether they used Jasmine, Jest, Cypress, or build-related work in any project. Angular testing commonly uses Jasmine/Jest for unit tests and Cypress for E2E
