We are looking for a skilled SAP FICO Consultant with strong expertise in Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO). The candidate should have hands-on experience in SAP S/4 HANA implementations, support, and enhancements, along with strong business process understanding in finance.

Key Responsibilities

• Work on end-to-end SAP FICO implementations and support projects
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions
• Configure and support FI modules:
  • General Ledger (GL)
  • Accounts Payable (AP)
  • Accounts Receivable (AR)
  • Asset Accounting (AA)
  • Bank Accounting
• Configure and support CO modules:
  • Cost Center Accounting (CCA)
  • Profit Center Accounting (PCA)
  • Internal Orders
  • Product Costing
• Handle month-end and year-end closing activities
• Work on integration with MM, SD, and other SAP modules
• Support GST, taxation, and statutory compliance (India preferred)
• Assist in data migration, testing (UAT), and go-live support
• Work with technical teams (ABAP) for enhancements and custom developments
• Prepare functional specifications and documentation

Technical Skills Required

• Strong hands-on experience in SAP FICO configuration
• Experience with SAP S/4 HANA (mandatory or preferred)
• Knowledge of GST, taxation, and compliance
• Experience in LSMW / Data Migration tools
• Understanding of integration with MM, SD
• Basic knowledge of ABAP debugging (preferred)

Nice to Have

• Experience in Fiori Apps for Finance
• Knowledge of Group Reporting / Central Finance
• Exposure to SAP BTP or Analytics
• Experience in multiple implementation projects

Certifications (Preferred)

• SAP Certified Application Associate – Financial Accounting (FI)
• SAP S/4 HANA Finance Certification

Project Experience (Preferred)

• At least 1–2 end-to-end implementations
• Experience in support + rollout + enhancements
