 About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Health Cloud Lead to design, develop, and
deliver innovative Salesforce solutions for the healthcare and life sciences domain. This
role involves hands-on technical leadership, solution design, and mentoring team
members to build scalable, high quality Salesforce implementations. The ideal candidate
will collaborate closely with business and IT stakeholders to ensure solutions align with
enterprise architecture standards and best practices.

What You’ll Do
 • Design, develop, and implement Salesforce components including Apex classes,
triggers, Lightning components, and Visualforce pages.
• Design and implement Health Cloud capabilities such as patient profiles, care plans,
provider networks, and interoperability with external healthcare systems.
• Build and enhance applications using Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce,
and Lightning Pages.
• Participate in release cycles, deployments, and post deployment support activities.
• Perform unit testing, system testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure high
code quality and performance.
• Create and maintain technical documentation while enforcing coding standards and data
integrity.
• Collaborate with Salesforce Administrators for system support, enhancements, and
optimizations.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate team members to deliver innovative and high impact
solutions in an agile environment.
• Cross train team members to strengthen overall technical capability.
• Stay current with Salesforce platform enhancements and emerging technologies,
identifying opportunities for adoption.
• Support talent evaluation, onboarding, training, and technical mentoring initiatives.
• Engage with stakeholders to define long term technology vision, solution roadmaps, and
architectural alignment.
• Evaluate new technologies, conduct feasibility assessments, and recommend solutions.
• Translate business requirements into detailed technical designs and proof of concepts.
• Provide architectural guidance throughout the delivery lifecycle to ensure adherence to
established standards.
• Contribute to solution demonstrations, estimation activities, and proposal development.
• Maintain strong relationships with business and IT stakeholders through clear
communication and regular updates.
• Participate in innovation initiatives, knowledge sharing, and governance activities.

• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and data protection standards in all
implementations.

Expertise You’ll Bring
 • 8+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer with strong hands on expertise.
• Proven experience delivering Salesforce Health Cloud or Life Sciences solutions.
• Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and LWC.
• Experience leading and mentoring teams in agile delivery environments.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Experience with release management, testing strategies, debugging, and deployments.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem solving skills.
• A proactive approach with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.

 Additional Technical Skills (Enhanced Scope)
 • Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for front-end development.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and external system integrations.
• Working knowledge of SQL and database management concepts.
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
• Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
• Understanding of DevOps principles, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment automation.
• Experience with test-driven development (TDD) and automated testing frameworks.
• Familiarity with modern front-end frameworks such as React or Angular.
• Basic proficiency in programming languages such as Java or Python is a plus.
• Strong experience in software analysis, code reviews, system risk analysis, and
performance optimization.
