8+ years of software development experience, with at least 2–3 years in an architect or technical lead role.
Strong expertise in Core Java (Java 8/11/17+), including multithreading, collections, and JVM internals.
Deep hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Spring Security, and Hibernate/JPA.
Proven experience designing microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and event-driven systems.
Experience with messaging platforms such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or ActiveMQ.
Strong knowledge of relational (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra, Redis) databases.
Hands-on experience with at least one cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions).
Solid understanding of design patterns, SOLID principles, Domain-Driven Design, and system design.
Familiarity with API gateways, service discovery, caching strategies, and distributed transactions.

Good to Have
Cloud certifications (AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Architect, etc.).
Experience with observability tools (ELK, Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog).
Exposure to reactive programming (Spring WebFlux) or GraphQL.
Experience with security standards such as OAuth2, JWT, and OWASP practices.
Background in domains such as BFSI, e-commerce, or healthcare.
