Senior WSO2 Integration Engineer Job Title: Senior WSO2 Integration Engineer Experience: 6+ Years Job Description: The Kulana team is looking for an experienced Sr. Integration Engineer with a strong background in integration technologies and a passion for learning new tech stacks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing integration solutions, managing APIs, and ensuring seamless system interoperability. If you have expertise in WSO2, microservices, and DevOps, and are eager to innovate and stay updated on emerging technologies, this role is for you. Responsibilities: • Design & Implement: Lead integration solutions using WSO2 API Manager and Enterprise/Micro Integrator. • API Management: Develop, optimize, and manage APIs, ensuring performance and reliability. • Custom Mediation: Create custom mediation logic and advanced message transformations using WSO2 Integration Studio. • System Integration: Oversee integration projects, ensuring secure and scalable solutions. • Collaboration: Work with product managers, architects, and QA teams to gather requirements and conduct tests. • Training: Conduct training and knowledge transfer for team members. • Innovation: Stay updated on technological trends and apply innovations to integration solutions. • DevOps: Integrate DevOps practices into development and deployment processes. • Tech Stack: Open to learning and exploring new integration and data tech stacks Non-negotiable Skills: • Proven experience in financial technology and banking systems integration. • Expertise in WSO2 API Manager, Enterprise Integrator, Java, Spring Boot, and microservices. • Advanced skills in message transformation and API governance. • Strong collaboration skills and ability to deliver high-quality solutions. • Willingness to travel to the Middle East and Africa based on project requirements. Negotiable Skills: • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, Azure. • Knowledge of messaging systems (e.g., Apache Kafka) and event driven integrations. • Familiarity with emerging technologies in bots, cybersecurity, and Business Intelligence.
