ServiceNow ITSM lead

7-10 yrs

Experience: 6 to 8 years of dedicated experience in ServiceNow development and solution architecture.
Core Modules: Deep expertise in ServiceNow ITSM workflows and ITIL process implementations.
Low-Code / Custom Apps: Strong hands-on experience building custom apps using App Engine Studio, Flow Designer, and Workspace.
Integrations: Proven track record building enterprise integrations via Integration Hub, REST/SOAP APIs, Webhooks, JDBC, and MID Server configurations.
Scripting & Web Technologies: Advanced proficiency in JavaScript, GlideScript, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Actions, and Service Portal widgets (AngularJS, HTML, CSS).
Platform Health: Solid understanding of performance tuning, upgrade planning, Instance Scan, and HealthScan best practices.

(Candidate has to be flexible, and may require 4 hours overlap of US hours with EST)

The preferred location is Mumbai. Alternatively, candidates from other locations can also be considered if they are willing to travel to the site one week every month. We will cover the travel and related expense s.
