Job Description:
Salesforce
Engineer
This role is for a Salesforce Engineer with 5+ years of
experience, responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable
solutions on the Salesforce platform. The engineer will
work across application development, integrations, and platform capabilities,
w
hile also leveraging AI capabilities (e.g., Salesforce Einstein,
generative AI, and Copilot tools) to enhance development productivity and
solution design.

Core Expectations:

Design and develop scalable solutions using Apex, Lightning, and platform capabilities

Build reusable components and enforce consistent design patterns and coding standards
-
Implement and maintain integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware
-
Apply core platform principles including data modeling, security, sharing model, and OOP concepts
-
Leverage low-code capabilities (flows, validation rules, etc.) alongside custom development where appropriate
-
Utilize AI tools (e.g., Salesforce Einstein, Copilot) to accelerate development, analysis, and solutioning
-
Drive code quality through refactoring, continuous improvement, and adherence to best practices
-
Independently own implementation decisions and deliver with minimal supervision

Collaborate in Agile teams, participate in scrum ceremonies, and contribute to technical discussions

Utilize CI/CD tools (e.g., GitHub, Jenkins) for efficient development and deployment processes
