1. Salesforce Architect

Responsibilities

-          Design enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, Marketing, and Financial Services Cloud.

-          Ensure compliance with banking regulations (KYC, AML, Basel III, GDPR/POPIA).

-          Define secure integration patterns with core banking systems, payment gateways, and credit bureaus.

-          Lead governance frameworks, data residency, and audit readiness.

-          Provide architectural oversight for AI-driven automation and customer engagement

Requirements

-          8+ years of Salesforce experience, with 3+ years in architecture roles.

-          Deep knowledge of financial services processes and regulatory frameworks.

-          Expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, and API/middleware integrations.

-          Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect.

-          Experience with data encryption, identity management, and compliance audits.
