Designation: Senior Backend Engineer
Exp: 7+ Years

Key Responsibilities:

7+ years of experience in Java and Spring Boot development
Strong expertise in Microservices Architecture and REST API development
Experience with databases: MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MariaDB, or NoSQL
Hands-on with JUnit and Integration Testing
Experience in AWS and CI/CD pipelines
Design, develop, and maintain scalable and secure backend services
Conduct code reviews and ensure code quality and test coverage
Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills
Implement security best practices and ensure high availability
Collaborate with frontend and cross-functional teams
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and sprint planning
Mentor junior developers and take ownership of modules
