covering:
- Architecture across Salesforce, web, mobile, travel platform integrations
- Custom development oversight
- Running Architecture Review Board (ARB)
- Occasional client-facing work
- Driving maturity uplift in architecture (not just delivery)

Scope is broad and strategic:
- Run many projects (she mentioned the profile management replatforming which is a key initiative we are already involved in)
- Ensure integration across digital + Salesforce (currently fragmented)
- Align platforms (travel, web, mobile) into a coherent architecture

Operating model:
- Reports into Pam
- Work comes via demand management process

Expected split: ~70–80% run / 20–30% evolve
