About the Role
We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) & Reporting Consultant to join our onsite team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors EC, reporting, and AMS/support engagements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage onsite SAP SuccessFactors EC support operations
- Handle incidents, service requests, and issue resolution
- Support Employee Central functionalities and workflows
- Develop and maintain reports using Ad Hoc, Canvas & Story Reports
- Coordinate with offshore support teams and ensure SLA adherence
- Support integrations with third-party systems
Mandatory Skills
- 10+ years SAP HCM / SuccessFactors experience
- Minimum 2 end-to-end SAP SF EC implementations
- Strong AMS and post go-live support experience
- Strong knowledge of Foundation Objects, MDF, RBP, Workflows
- SAP SuccessFactors EC Certification – Mandatory
