Salesforce Developer Job Description

Develop Apex (classes and triggers), Lightning Components, and Visualforce to extend Salesforce to support business requirements
Application development, Flows & integration, Lightning Web Components,
Assist with each release cycle to implement and deploy new/updates to existing applications and code
Testing (unit and systems) and debugging
Striving towards coding best practices and data quality
Contributing to technical documentation
Supporting the Salesforce Administrator on occasion
Should be up to date on key technological trends and should be able to device ways to use them in the context of EAS processes.
Understand the business domain and related data/application technical architecture.
Engage with clients to identify new solutions and related business models and discuss long-term vision and tailor solutions to suit the future needs of the organization.
Understand the various technologies and platforms for the customer and define the strategy migration / retirements etc.
Identify and evaluate new technologies, assess the same and identify areas where these can be mapped for the customer.
Solution Conceptualization.
Developing and leading proof-of-concepts in projects that help in demonstrating business value from new technology for customers.
