• Day-to-day operational support
• Ticket handling and L1 troubleshooting
• Health monitoring of security tools
• Basic security incident investigation
• Non-business hours support (on-call/shift coverage)
• User onboarding and offboarding
• Policy changes and updates
• Documentation and SOP maintenance
