OTL Project Manager - Work Timing- 3PM to 12AM

Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM, particularly Oracle Time and Labor (OTL).
Good functional understanding of employee schedules, timecards, punches, shifts, breaks and payroll hours.
Experience configuring and supporting OTL business processes, rules and related workforce requirements.
Hands-on experience developing Oracle BI Publisher reports for OTL and workforce data extraction.
Knowledge of the Oracle HCM data model, including employee, assignment, business unit, supervisor, location and effective-dated data.
Experience with Oracle Fusion SOAP/REST web services and HCM integrations.
Ability to prepare functional designs, source-to-target mappings and transformation rules.
Experience migrating time and labor processes from Kronos or similar legacy platforms to Oracle Fusion HCM would be preferred.
