Job Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled Infrastructure Engineer with strong
hands-on expertise in bare-metal environments and enterprise platform
deployments. This role is focused on designing, deploying, and managing fully
on-premise infrastructure platforms without reliance on public cloud
providers.
The ideal candidate should possess deep experience in Kubernetes on bare
metal, virtualization technologies, Linux systems, networking, storage
platforms, and deployment of enterprise-grade middleware/services across
physical and virtualized infrastructure.
This is a strategic project with significant long-term growth and expansion
potential.
Key Responsibilities

Design, deploy, and manage bare-metal Kubernetes clusters using kubeadm

Configure and maintain virtualization environments using KVM, Proxmox,
VMware, or similar hypervisors

Deploy and manage enterprise infrastructure components including:

SMTP servers
-
RabbitMQ / Kafka
-
Keycloak
-
Databases
-
Internal platform services
-
Build and maintain infrastructure on physical servers and virtual machines
hosted on bare-metal hypervisors

Implement and manage storage systems such as NFS and Ceph
-
Configure and maintain self-hosted monitoring and observability stacks
-
Troubleshoot complex Linux, networking, infrastructure, and platform-level
issues

Support internal data pipelines and infrastructure integrations (preferred)

Ensure platform reliability, scalability, security, and operational
excellence

Collaborate closely with engineering and delivery teams for infrastructure
optimization and project execution

Important Note
This role is heavily focused on deep infrastructure engineering within fully
on-premise environments. Candidates with primarily cloud-native DevOps
backgrounds focused mainly on AWS/Azure/GCP without strong bare-metal
infrastructure experience may not be suitable for this opportunity.
