JD – Forward Deployment Engineer (FDE), GTM AI About the Role We are seeking a Forward Deployment Engineer (FDE) to bridge the gap between business needs and AI-powered solutions. This is a hands-on engineering role where you will design, build, and deploy LLM-driven and Agentic AI workflows in real-world, customer-facing environments. You will work closely with GTM and business teams, rapidly prototype solutions, and ensure successful adoption by end users. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguous, fast-paced environments, enjoys problem-solving, and takes ownership from concept to deployment. Key Responsibilities ● Partner with business stakeholders to understand problems and translate them into scalable AI solutions. ● Build and deploy LLM / Agentic AI workflows in production environments. ● Rapidly prototype, iterate, and refine solutions based on real-world feedback. ● Integrate AI systems with CRM, GTM tools, and enterprise platforms (e.g., Salesforce). ● Work directly with end users/customers during deployment to ensure adoption and measurable impact. ● Own end-to-end delivery: from problem definition to production deployment. ● Apply software engineering best practices to AI applications, ensuring reliability, scalability, and maintainability. Required Skills & Experience ● Strong programming skills in Python (or similar language); must be able to perform well in coding assessments. ● Hands-on experience with LLMs, Agentic AI frameworks, and AI workflows. ● Solid understanding of software engineering practices in the AI domain. ● Proven experience working in production environments (not just prototypes). ● Ability to work independently, take ownership, and deliver solutions in collaboration with business teams. ● Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders. Nice to Have ● Exposure to Salesforce, GTM systems, or CRM workflows. ● Familiarity with Workato or similar integration platforms (can be picked up on the job). ● Background in system design or scalable architecture.
