Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist

Responsibilities

-          Design compliant customer engagement campaigns across email, SMS, and digital channels.

-          Use Journey Builder to manage customer lifecycle (loan applications, investment onboarding, insurance renewals).

-          Leverage Einstein AI for predictive analytics while ensuring ethical use of customer data.

-          Ensure strict adherence to GDPR, POPIA, and financial marketing regulations.

-          Collaborate with compliance/legal teams to approve campaigns.

Requirements

-          3–5 years of Marketing Cloud experience.

-          Proficiency in AMPscript, SQL, and automation tools.

-          Strong understanding of financial customer lifecycle and retention strategies.

-          Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist or Consultant certification.

-          Experience in regulated industries (banking, insurance, asset management)..
