Solution Architect

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated Solutions Architect  who can bridge business vision with technology execution. This is a strategic and client-facing role responsible for designing end-to-end AI, Data, and Analytics solutions, supporting business growth, and enabling successful project delivery.

The role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with the executive leadership team, contributing to technology strategy, solution innovation, client engagement, and business expansion initiatives.  The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with consulting, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Design & Architecture

• Design scalable end-to-end solutions across AI, Data Engineering, Analytics, Cloud, and Enterprise Applications.
• Translate business requirements into practical technical architectures and implementation roadmaps.
• Define solution components, integrations, security considerations, and scalability standards.

Client Consulting & Pre-Sales

• Participate in client discovery sessions and understand business objectives and technical challenges.
• Lead technical discussions, solution presentations, workshops, and proposal reviews.
• Collaborate with business development teams to prepare solution documents, effort estimations, and responses to RFPs/RFIs.

AI & Analytics Solutions

• Architect enterprise AI and Generative AI use cases, including intelligent automation, conversational AI, document intelligence, and predictive analytics.
• Design modern data platforms leveraging cloud technologies, data lakes, warehouses, ETL/ELT pipelines, and business intelligence solutions.
• Recommend best-fit technologies and frameworks based on business and technical requirements.

Delivery & Technical Leadership

• Provide architectural guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Work closely with engineering and delivery teams to ensure solutions are implemented according to design principles and best practices.
• Conduct design reviews, identify risks, and recommend mitigation strategies.

Innovation & Strategic Initiatives

• Stay updated on emerging AI, Data, and Cloud technologies and identify opportunities to enhance client solutions.
• Partner with leadership to develop new solution offerings, accelerators, and go-to-market strategies.
• Contribute to building the organization's technical capabilities, reusable assets, and thought leadership.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 8–15 years of experience in Solution Architecture, Data Engineering, Analytics, AI, or Technology Consulting.
• Proven experience in designing enterprise-scale technology solutions for multiple industries.
