About the role

Head – Infrastructure Technologies

This is a strategic leadership opportunity for a commercially driven and technically credible
professional who understands India’s infrastructure ecosystem and can build and scale business
in sales of equipment and services across advanced survey, rail measurement, tunnel
technologies, geotechnical monitoring and underground infrastructure solutions.

Role Overview
We are seeking a senior professional who can:
• Lead business development and market expansion for the complete Client's portfolio in India, including rail, tunnel, monitoring and underground
infrastructure domains
• Drive engagement with metro corporations, railways, tunnel projects, highways and
major infrastructure clients
• Develop strategic relationships with EPC contractors, consultants and government
agencies
• Build and lead a multidiscipline high-performance team of technicians, software and
hardware developers, application engineers, product managers, sales and marketing
specialists etc
• Manage revenue growth, partnerships and long-term market positioning
• Interact and lead cooperation with the Client's HQ and subsidiaries
Ideal Candidate Profile

Mandatory Qualifications
• B.Tech / B.E. in Civil /Mechanical, Geotechnical, Survey or Instrumentation Engineering
(M.Tech preferred)
• 12–25 years of experience in infrastructure technology, survey instrumentation,
rail/tunnel systems or geotechnical monitoring
• Currently working at Senior Manager / Director / VP level
• Proven experience in selling or deploying precision survey instruments, rail/tunnel
technologies or monitoring systems in India
• Strong understanding of DPRs, RFPs, L1 bidding and PSU/government procurement
processes
• Experience managing a business line, region or product vertical with INR 20Cr+ revenue
responsibility
Strongly Preferred

Additional advantages:
• Existing relationships with RVNL, DMRC, NHIDCL, Konkan Railway or metro corporations
• Exposure to Swiss/European engineering culture and international technology principals

• Experience building or managing teams from scratch
