About the role
REQUIRED SKILLS
• Good experience in Motor control software design and development
• Experience in embedded C programming for automotive systems
• Experience in Autosar and Non-Autosar based software architecture
• Application SW requirements and software architecture design/development
• Proficiency with model-based design tools (MATLAB/Simulink)
• System understanding of inverter, turbocharger mechanics, and control
strategies
• Familiarity with automotive communication protocols (CAN, LIN) and
diagnostic standards (UDS, OBD)
• Hands on SDLC experience compliant to ASpice
• Software-Hardware integration on real hardware. Debug and resolve software
issues on real hardware
• Hands on experience on task management , risk management , problem/issue
(root cause analysis) management skills
• Very strong communication with customer and team coordination skills
• Usage of tools like JIRA , MPP, DOORS , Enterprise Architect etc.
• JLPT N3 and above with good JP speaking and writing
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Computer,
Mechatronics, or related engineering fields.
