Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Digital Delivery Head to lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of digital transformation programs across multiple industry verticals.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital technologies, Agile delivery, and managing cross-functional global teams. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for ensuring high-quality, timely, and cost-effective delivery of digital products and services to clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Own delivery governance, project planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication.

• Manage large, distributed delivery teams across geographies and drive a high-performance culture.

• Collaborate with sales, pre-sales, and solution teams during bid, RFP, and client onboarding phases.

• Establish and refine delivery frameworks, KPIs, best practices, and quality standards.

• Continuously optimize cost, efficiency, and scalability across delivery engagements.

• Act as the primary escalation point for delivery issues and work closely with clients for resolution.

• Mentor delivery managers, program managers, and architects.

• Track emerging technologies and support innovation across delivery channels.
