Key Responsibilities:
- Own Germany TBU business operations and P&L.
- Drive revenue, profitability, forecasting, delivery performance, and customer satisfaction.
- Build and manage relationships with German OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, and automotive technology partners.
- Identify and grow new business opportunities in SDV, E/E Architecture, ADAS, Vehicle Engineering, Validation, Connected Vehicles, Cockpit, and Electrification.
- Lead delivery governance, customer escalations, and program reviews.
- Develop a Germany-focused customer engagement model supported by offshore engineering teams.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and sourcing strategies in the German automotive industry.
