Delivery Manager

Role Overview 

We are seeking an experienced Head of Delivery to lead the global deployment of our warehouse robotics automation systems. This role will take in customer POs and deliver shipments to customer locations - the role will own all steps in between. This role will be responsible for complete ownership of operations, from receipt of the Purchase Order (PO) through to delivery of shipments at the customer site.

The function will encompass the following teams: 

• Delivery Engineering - Mechanical, Electrical and Controls Engineering tailored to project/ site specific requirements prior to production deployment. This includes custom solution development, workflow & material flow optimization.
• Vendor management and development 
• Procurement 
• Manufacturing 
• Program management 
• Assembly 
• Quality 
• Logistics 
• Inputs on parts rationalization, cost takeout 

• Prototyping and Testing - provide prototyping and testing support to New Product Development, Replicate field issues to identify root cause

  Key Responsibilities

  Lead Project Delivery

  Own the delivery of warehouse automation projects.

  Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to performance targets.

  Budget management and cost control

  Risk identification & mitigation

  Manage Complex Automation Implementations Oversee integration of:

  Robotics systems

  Warehouse Control Systems (WCS)

  Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)

  Material handling infrastructure

  Ensure successful automation of warehouse workflows.

  Build and Scale Operations

  Manage system integrators, vendors, and contractors.

  Create SOPs & scale delivery teams

  Continuous Improvement

  Reduce deployment timelines and improve delivery efficiency.

  Establish KPIs and reporting dashboards for delivery performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering / Robotics / Industrial Engineering

15–18 years experience in project delivery or automation deployments

Experience with warehouse automation, robotics, material handling, or industrial systems

Must have managed complex deployments in live warehouse environments

Strong execution skills & milestone tracking

Ability to collaborate with other teams (Product, Engineering, Customer Success)

Experience with Global Customer implementations is an advantage
