About the role
React / React Native Developer
Summary of Position:
We are looking for a skilled React and React Native Developer to join our development team. The candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining web and mobile applications with a strong focus on performance, scalability, and user experience. The role involves close collaboration with designers, backend developers, QA teams, and product managers to deliver high-quality digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain web applications using React.js
- Build and maintain mobile applications using React Native
- Write clean, scalable, and reusable code
- Create reusable UI components and front-end libraries
- Optimize applications for performance across web and mobile platforms
- Integrate REST APIs and third-party services
- Work closely with UI/UX designers and QA teams
- Participate in agile development activities including sprint planning and stand-ups
- Review code and provide feedback to team members
- Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing applications
- Maintain code quality, documentation, and deployment standards
Required Technical Skills:
- Strong experience in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript
- Good knowledge of React.js and React Native
- Experience with Redux and Context API
- Hands-on experience with REST APIs integration
- Knowledge of React Navigation and React Router
- Familiarity with AWS, Firebase, or cloud platforms
- Understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
- Experience with Git, GitHub/GitLab
- Knowledge of CI/CD and deployment processes
- Familiarity with testing tools like Jest and React Testing Library
Experience Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in React and/or React Native development
- Experience in developing production-grade web and mobile applications
- Exposure to agile development environments
- Knowledge of App Store and Play Store deployment process is an advantage
- Good communication and collaboration skills
