Position: Onsite Delivery Partner & BI Engagement Lead
 

Purpose of the Position: The Onsite Delivery Partner & BI Engagement Lead will serve as the primary client- facing representative responsible for coordinating delivery, driving stakeholder engagement, and enabling data, analytics, and AI initiatives. The role combines technical leadership in Databricks with delivery governance, executive stakeholder management, business development support, and AI solution consulting.

Key Result Areas and Activities:
1. Client Engagement & Delivery Coordination – Act as the primary onsite liaison between client stakeholders and offshore delivery teams, ensuring successful execution of multiple projects and initiatives. 
2. Requirements & Solution Alignment – Facilitate requirements gathering, translate business needs into actionable plans, and align delivery outcomes with client objectives. 
3. Technical Leadership & Issue Resolution – Leverage Databricks expertise to guide solution design, resolve technical bottlenecks, and support architecture and implementation discussions. 
4. Executive Stakeholder Management – Engage with business and executive leadership to provide delivery updates, discuss roadmaps, and drive strategic alignment. 
5. Offshore Delivery Partnership – Collaborate closely with distributed teams to ensure quality, timelines, governance, and successful project delivery. 
6. Account Growth & Business Development – Support the Account Director in identifying growth opportunities, shaping proposals, and expanding the client relationship. 
7. AI Innovation & Consulting – Propose, demonstrate, and implement AI Agentic and advanced analytics
solutions that drive measurable business value.

Work and Technical Experience:

 Essential Skills:
o Strong hands-on experience with Databricks and modern data platform ecosystems
o Experience in client-facing delivery leadership and project coordination 
o Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills 
o Ability to manage multiple workstreams and resolve delivery risks and dependencies 
o Experience working with offshore/global delivery teams
o Understanding of data engineering, analytics, and cloud-native architectures
o Ability to identify and position AI and data-driven transformation opportunities
 

 Desirable Skills
o Working knowledge of Power BI reporting and semantic models 
o Experience with Azure Data and AI services 
o Exposure to AI Agents, Generative AI, and intelligent automation solutions 
o Experience supporting account growth, pre-sales, and solution consulting engagements

Qualifications:
 Experience:
o 10+ years of experience in Data & Analytics delivery, consulting, or technology leadership roles
o Minimum 5+ years of experience working with Databricks or modern cloud data platforms
o Proven experience engaging with senior business stakeholders and executives 
o Relevant Databricks, Azure, or AI certifications preferred
 

Education:
o Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
o Masters degree preferred.
o Relevant certifications in Databricks, AWS, GCP, or Cloud Data Architecture are an added advantage.
