Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic HR Recruiter with 1-6 years of experience to join our clients talent acquisition team in Kawasaki. In this hybrid role, you will play a pivotal part in sourcing and attracting top talent, ensuring the organisation continues to grow and thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening resumes, and managing interviews.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Utilize various sourcing methods, including social media, job boards, and networking, to identify potential candidates.
• Maintain and update candidate tracking systems to ensure efficient communication and documentation.
• Develop and facilitate engaging candidate experiences throughout the recruitment process.
• Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities and metrics to management.
• Stay current on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to enhance recruitment strategies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Strong understanding of HR principles and labor laws relevant to recruitment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring teams.
• Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and HR software.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess candidate suitability.
