Role Specifications

Role architecture: Business Head - UK, role will independently own TBU operations, customer growth, delivery performance and P&L accountability for the assigned geography.

These are senior techno-commercial leadership roles intended for leaders with more than 20 years of relevant experience, preferably in automotive electronics and software-led engineering services. Each role requires demonstrated ownership of regional growth, delivery outcomes, senior customer relationships, commercials and P&L performance.

Candidate Profile:

20+ years of experience in automotive engineering, ER&D, software-led product engineering or embedded systems-led services.

Experience in a similar business leadership, regional operations, delivery leadership or strategic account leadership role.

Strong techno-commercial profile with the ability to engage CTO, engineering, purchasing, programme and business leadership stakeholders.

Preferred automotive technology depth in electronics and software, including SDV, E/E architecture, ADAS, infotainment, connected vehicle, electrification, validation or embedded software.

Proven ability to scale accounts, build local operating structures, manage senior customer escalations and convert strategic opportunities into multi-year business.

Ability to operate as a bridge between customer engineering leadership, companies global delivery centres, sales, finance, legal, HR and talent teams.

20+ years, with prior P&L / delivery / business leadership experience in automotive engineering or technology services.
Domain Preference: Automotive electronics and software; SDV, E/E architecture, vehicle engineering, validation, ADAS, connected systems and electrification preferred.
Own UK TBU operations, strategic account growth, delivery performance, local customer governance and P&L.

Key Responsibilities -

Own revenue, margin, forecast, delivery health and customer satisfaction for UK TBU operations.
Build and deepen senior relationships with UK OEMs, Tier-1s and automotive technology partners.
Drive strategic opportunities in SDV, E/E architecture, ADAS, validation, vehicle engineering, cockpit, connected vehicle and electrification.
Lead delivery governance for Germany accounts, including escalation management, programme health reviews and customer commitments.
Create a UK-centric nearshore / customer-facing model supported by India-scale engineering delivery.
Provide market intelligence on German automotive technology priorities, competitive movement and sourcing trends.
