Role Overview
We are seeking a QA Lead to own QA governance and release quality across our product engineering
ecosystem. You will define the overall testing strategy, lead and mentor the QA function, and
coordinate quality across multiple delivery teams to ensure dependable, high-quality releases.
Required Skills
• QA management and team leadership
• Defining and driving an automation-first test strategy
• Test planning across multiple, concurrent workstreams
• Defect management, quality metrics and release sign-off
• Hands-on background in test automation tooling and frameworks
Preferred Skills
• Data platform and BI testing experience
• Previous knowledge of testing Data Products preferred
• Performance and non-functional testing exposure
