About the role

Role: Senior Consultant, User Task PMO Support (For Banking Industry)
Job Level: Minimum 3-6 years of Relevant experience.
Location: Singapore

Responsibilities:
Plan and lead Ops team as PMO for implementing new core banking system for APAC region (10+ countries).
Creating plan and support BA to define the business requirements and ensure the system coverage. Progress and issue
management are also included.
Support the Project Manager and client’s PMO team in planning, tracking, and coordinating project activities to ensure
smooth project execution.
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, progress reports, dashboards, and other project management
documentation.
Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and dependencies, ensuring any delays or risks are promptly identified and
escalated.
Assist in preparing and consolidating weekly or monthly project status reports for both internal and client
stakeholders.
Ensure adherence to the client’s project management framework, compliance standards, and documentation
templates.
Coordinate with various workstream leads, vendors, and cross-functional teams to facilitate communication and issue
resolution.
Assist with change request management, risk and issue tracking, and lessons learned documentation.
Uphold consulting professionalism, maintain confidentiality, and foster strong collaboration with client teams.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in consulting firm in banking industry.
Expertise in PMO role for package system implementation project.
Proven experience in end-to-end project management, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of
system implementation projects, with accountability for timeline, scope, budget, and quality delivery.
Strong risk, issue, and stakeholder management capabilities, with the ability to proactively identify project risks, drive
mitigation plans, manage cross-functional dependencies, and report effectively to senior management and steering
committees.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with geographically
dispersed teams across overseas offices.
Good socialization skills, professional Mindset with Responsibility and Strong self-discipline and commitment to the
project success.
Expertise of Banking business and operations such as Trade Finance, Lending/Loan, Payment/Collection and Cash
Management, Treasury and Market, Deposit, Accounting, etc is a plus.
Implementation experience and knowledge of Trade360, Oracle Flexcube, Murex, ACBS, Finastra GPP, Oracle ERP is a
plus
