Embedded Head – Off-Highway Vehicles
Responsibilities
Lead embedded software strategy, architecture, and platform development across vehicle programs.
Oversee ECU software, controls, AUTOSAR, diagnostics, connectivity, and cybersecurity.
Manage full V-cycle development: requirements → coding → HIL/SIL → vehicle integration.
Drive ASPICE compliance, functional safety (ISO 26262/25119), and secure software practices.
Build and lead multi-disciplinary software & electronics teams; manage vendors/Tier-1s.
Ensure robust delivery for powertrain, hydraulics, chassis, HMI, telematics, and electrification.
Enable OTA/FOTA updates, telematics integration, and service diagnostics.
Provide technical leadership in C/C++, MBD (MATLAB/Simulink), CAN/J1939, ISOBUS.
Requirements
20+ years in embedded & software engineering for automotive/off-highway systems.
Expertise in AUTOSAR (Classic/Adaptive), functional safety, cybersecurity, and real-time systems.
Strong background in HIL/SIL/MIL, Vector/ETAS tools, and CI/CD for embedded.
Proven leadership in delivering production-grade embedded systems for heavy equipment.
