L&T Technology Services (LTTS) is seeking a senior consulting leader to drive growth and strategic engagements across the Energy, Chemicals, Process Manufacturing, and Industrial
sectors. This role will serve as a trusted advisor to customers, helping define and execute Industrial AI, Digital Engineering, and Operational Transformation strategies that improve asset
reliability, operational performance, safety, sustainability, and workforce productivity. The individual will work closely with Account Leadership, SAI (Software & AI) Practice, Delivery
Teams, Industry Solutions, and Strategic Partners to identify, qualify, shape, and close high- value transformation opportunities. The role requires a strong blend of business consulting,
industrial domain expertise, and technology leadership spanning Industrial AI, Data Platforms, Digital Twins, OT/IT convergence, Cloud, AI/ML, Agentic AI, and enterprise integration
ecosystems. These capabilities align with LTTS' focus on contextualized industrial data, digital twins, AI copilots, and outcome-driven industrial transformations.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Strategic Growth
 

• Proactive Proposals and Pipeline Generation
• Ecosystem Connect and Market presence
• Serve as the Industrial AI and Digital Transformation subject matter leader supporting strategic sales pursuits.
• Partner with Account Executives, Industry Leaders, and Delivery Organizations to identify, qualify, shape, and close large transformation opportunities.
• Lead consultative customer engagements focused on business outcomes, including:
• Asset Reliability & Asset Performance Management
• Predictive Maintenance & Operational Intelligence
• Digital Operations & Workforce Enablement
• Energy Efficiency & Sustainability
• Industrial Data Modernization
• Develop account growth strategies and Industrial AI roadmaps aligned to customer business priorities.
• Lead solution shaping, value articulation, executive presentations, and proposal development activities.
• Support strategic partner-led opportunities involving industrial data platforms, digital twins, cloud ecosystems, and AI solutions.

Industrial AI Consulting & Solution Leadership
 

• Engage with customers to understand operational challenges, digital maturity, engineering workflows, and transformation objectives.
• Define end-to-end transformation strategies encompassing:
• Industrial Data Platforms
• Digital Twins
• Industrial AI & Advanced Analytics
•  Agentic AI & Copilots
• OT/IT Integration
• Cloud & Edge Architectures
• Operational Intelligence Platforms
• Develop business cases and value realization models that demonstrate measurable ROI and operational benefits.
• Collaborate with architects and delivery teams to define scalable solution architectures, implementation roadmaps, governance models, and adoption strategies.

 

Executive Client Engagement
 

• Build trusted relationships with CXOs, Digital Transformation Leaders, Operations Executives, Plant Leadership, Engineering Directors, Reliability Leaders, and IT/OT stakeholders.
• Facilitate executive workshops, value discovery sessions, innovation councils, and AI strategy discussions.
• Position LTTS Industrial AI, Engineering Intelligence, Digital Twin, and Operational Intelligence capabilities to customer leadership teams.
• Represent LTTS at industry forums, executive briefings, consortiums, and technology partner events.

Pursuit Leadership & Commercial Excellence
 

• Lead strategic pursuits from qualification through closure
• Proactive Proposals and Pipeline Generation
• Ecosystem Connect and Market presence
• Drive creation of:
• Executive proposals
• Transformation roadmaps
• Business cases
• Statements of Work
• Investment justifications
• Support commercial negotiations, risk assessments, and governance reviews.
• Ensure solutions align with customer objectives, LTTS capabilities, and measurable business outcomes.
• Champion outcome-based and value-led selling approaches centered on operational improvement and business impact.

Required Experience
 

• 15+ years of experience in Energy, Chemicals, Process Manufacturing, Utilities, or other industrial sectors.
• Proven success leading Industrial Digital Transformation, Operational Excellence, Asset Management, or Digital Operations programs.
• Understanding of plant operations, reliability engineering, maintenance, production systems, and industrial ecosystems.
• Strong experience with Industrial AI / Machine Learning, Digital Twins, Industrial Data Platforms, Advanced Analytics, OT/IT Integration, Industrial IoT, Cloud-based Industrial Solutions
• Experience supporting large strategic pursuits and complex consulting-led sales engagements exceeding multi-million-dollar contract values.
• Demonstrated ability to engage and influence executive stakeholders and business decision-makers.
• Experience working with industrial platforms and ecosystems such as SAP, Maximo, PI System, AVEVA, Hexagon, Cognite, AspenTech, Microsoft Azure, AWS, or similar.
• Strong ability to translate business outcomes into scalable technology and transformation solutions.
