Role Overview
The organization is looking for an experienced sales professional with a strong background in Process Engineering services sales across the Oil & Gas, Chemicals, Energy, and other Process Industries. The role will be responsible for driving business growth, managing strategic client relationships, and expanding the organization’s footprint in the UK market.
The ideal candidate should have experience selling engineering services, digital engineering, EPC/EPCM services, or technology-led transformation solutions to customers within process industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business acquisition and revenue growth across the UK and Norway region.
- Identify, qualify, and pursue opportunities within Oil & Gas, Chemicals, Energy, Utilities, and related process industries.
- Build and manage relationships with CXOs, Engineering Heads, Procurement Teams, and key stakeholders.
- Develop strategic account plans and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Work closely with delivery, solutioning, and pre-sales teams to create customized engineering solutions.
- Lead end-to-end sales cycles including lead generation, proposal management, negotiations, and deal closure.
- Manage RFPs, RFIs, and commercial discussions.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the engineering services space.
- Collaborate with global teams and internal stakeholders for successful account management and delivery alignment.
- Represent LTTS at industry events, client meetings, and networking forums.
Preferred Experience
- 10–18 years of overall experience with strong exposure to engineering services sales.
- Proven experience in hunting as well as farming roles.
- Experience selling into Oil & Gas, Chemicals, Refining, Petrochemicals, Utilities, or other process industries.
- Strong understanding of Process Engineering services, EPC/EPCM environment, digital engineering, or industrial transformation solutions.
- Prior experience working with engineering services companies, industrial automation firms, or IT/ER&D organizations preferred.
- Experience handling large enterprise/global accounts across Europe.
- Exposure to UK and/or Nordic markets would be highly preferred.
