Presales Mobility

Role Overview
We are looking for a Pre Sales professional with strong experience in mobility and automotive domain. The role involves working closely with sales and delivery teams to create solutions, manage proposals and support deal closures across automotive engineering areas such as ADAS, electric vehicles, embedded systems and connected mobility.

Key Responsibilities

Solutioning and Technical Consulting
Understand customer requirements and translate them into end to end engineering solutions
Design solutions across automotive domains such as ADAS, EV, infotainment, telematics, powertrain and body electronics
Work with delivery teams for solution architecture, estimation and pricing
Define value proposition and differentiate solutions

Bid Management and Proposal Development
Manage RFP RFQ and RFI responses end to end
Prepare proposals statements of work and presentations
Coordinate with internal teams for timely and quality submissions
Ensure proposals are competitive and aligned with customer requirements

Customer Engagement and Sales Support
Interact with customers to understand business and technical needs
Conduct presentations workshops and solution discussions
Support sales teams in opportunity qualification and deal shaping
Build strong relationships with customer stakeholders

Market and Domain Expertise
Stay updated on trends in electric vehicles ADAS autonomous driving connected mobility and software defined vehicles
Support creation of go to market strategies and offerings
Perform competitive analysis and benchmarking

Internal Collaboration
Work closely with sales delivery and practice teams
Support creation of case studies and capability decks
Share knowledge across teams

Required Skills

Strong understanding of automotive and mobility engineering
Experience in presales solutioning and proposal management
Hands on experience with RFP RFQ lifecycle
Good communication and presentation skills
Ability to work with global stakeholders

Preferred Technical Skills

Knowledge of ADAS EV embedded systems infotainment or telematics
Understanding of AUTOSAR MATLAB Simulink embedded C or model based design
Exposure to cloud IoT or AI in automotive
Familiarity with agile V model or ASPICE

Qualifications
Bachelor or Masters degree in Engineering Mechanical Electronics Automotive or Electrical
MBA is optional
