About the role

Role: Developer AI Engineer
Job Level: 6-9 years of relevant experience (L3)
Location: Singapore

Key Responsibilities:

1. Application Design & Development
Apply design, develop application components
Business rules, workflows, integrations, system analysis clearly
Define high quality from established design standards

2. Technical Build & Deployment
Ensure technical designs effective, maintainable code, DevOps
Participate in build, unit testing, deployment solutions
Collaborate on jobs, teams ensuring design environment, interface
Technical documentation, deploy guides, operational rubrics

3. Testing & Quality Assurance
Fix defects, behaviours raised test using SLAs, UAT

4. Release & Production Support
Production validation stages extract plan change scripts
Deploy APIS, tools, batch processes
Support CICD, pipelines, enable deployments, prevent using
Control to automate jobs, perform in Control, Monitoring
Teams in release manager activities ensure smooth handover to BAU

Minimum 6 years of software development experience in enterprise applications.

Strong communication skills (written & verbal), analytical thinking, and problemsolving capabilities.
Experience delivering solutions for medium to largescale technology projects.
Good to have knowledge of Payment screening, sanctions screening, AML systems, or financial messaging, e.g. MQ, ISO20022, SWIFT

Technical Skills:

Strong hands-on experience in Java development
Strong proficiency in Batch scripting, Shell scripting, Windows scripts, and job scheduling.
Experience with Oracle SQL and PL/SQL for data processing, stored procedures, performance tuning.
Experience with Unix/Linux and Windows environments.
Familiarity with Control-M or similar scheduling tools.
Experience with DevOps tools: CI/CD, Git, Jenkins, Bitbucket, SonarQube, etc.
Good understanding and experience of API development and microservices concepts.
Good to have experience with MQ messaging technologies.
Ability to understand technical process flows, systems logic, and integration patterns.
