Molex is seeking a dynamic Associate System Test Manager to be part of our strong Engineering Team to develop new products that we are bringing to market. You will be a part of our cross functional team and collaborate internationally with our design teams.
Bachelors or master’s in engineering in the field of Electrical / Electronics & Communications Engineering or Computer science or equivalent.
Minimum 10+ years in Automotive or IT Industry with relevant exposure to management.
Ensure successful execution and valuable contributions in the areas of:
Continually review internal processes, strategies and identify opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with global team and support and take responsibility of system test deliverables.
Maintain Dashboards for all the KPIs of system test team performance.
Plan estimate and coordinate System test activities based on project priorities/schedule/release/sprints.
PDP Activity Plans are continuously updated and approved for each Phase.
Contribute to evaluation of test tools.
Build-up interface to customers and suppliers concerning issues and support error management scope.
Follow the organizational Test Automation Strategy and proactive drive automation in the project.
Achieve ASPICE Level as defined in Project or by Molex.
Coordinate any issues related to unplanned activities, delays, additional need of resources, time or costs to Project- and Line management and start needed activities.
Manage system test strategy creation, approval of test concepts, test effort estimation, change request analysis within project scope.
Connect team members to the organization’s culture and vision and help them to prioritize and align their work accordingly.
Required:
Preferred:
