Your Job

As an SAP PTP Analyst at Koch, you will be instrumental in executing the next generation of SAP S/4 HANA Procure to Pay (P2P) solutions for our Consumer Products Business. You will act as a hands-on functional analyst, designing, documenting, and implementing P2P functionality within SAP S/4 HANA and Ariba. Your role will ensure seamless procurement processes and integrations that drive operational efficiency and digital transformation.

Our Team

You will join Georgia-Pacific’s SAP Functional team, a critical part of the broader IT and business technology division supporting Koch’s Consumer Products Business. Working closely with business partners and technical teams globally, the team focuses on delivering innovative, integrated SAP solutions that streamline procurement and supply chain operations.

What You Will Do

Design and configure SAP MM and Ariba P2P functionality to meet business requirements and improve procurement processes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle—from design and build to testing and deployment
Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications
Create and maintain documentation such as configuration rationales, test plans, and functional specifications
Lead unit, integration, and functional testing efforts to ensure high-quality solution delivery
Provide support and troubleshooting for SAP P2P and Ariba applications, ensuring system stability and continuous improvement
Work effectively with distributed teams across different time zones to resolve issues and implement enhancements
Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within the Procure to Pay cycle

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

Bachelor’s degree or technical equivalent
5+ years of SAP experience with a focus on Materials Management (MM) module
Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience with SAP Ariba (Ariba Network and Invoice Management)
Hands-on experience with a minimum of 1 full SAP implementation
Working knowledge of SAP S/4HANA integration technologies (PO/PI, Cloud Integration Gateway, etc.)
Familiarity with SAP FIORI applications related to procurement functions
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with business and technical teams
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and troubleshooting capabilities
Comfortable working independently and collaboratively within remote and cross-functional teams
Adaptable to changing priorities and able to multitask effectively

What Will Put You Ahead

Understanding of Ariba solutions including P2O, Guided Buying, Commerce Automation, and Sourcing & Contracts
Deep experience in SAP S/4HANA Procure to Pay processes and implementation
Functional and/or technical proficiency in designing, configuring, and implementing SAP MM solutions
Experience with interface technologies such as EDI, IDOC, API integrations, and middleware data transformations
Knowledge or interest in SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), logistics, or freight management
Experience working with Agile methodologies and project delivery frameworks
