Your Job

As a Team Lead, you will guide, mentor, and support a high‑performing technical team while driving the delivery of innovative, high‑quality solutions. You will serve as the bridge between developers and functional stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication, timely execution, and alignment with business goals. This role requires strong technical expertise across AWS, Python, .NET, and Angular, combined with proven leadership and performance management experience.

What You Will Do

 

Conduct regular team check‑ins to review progress, identify challenges, and address roadblocks.
Review and guide ongoing technical tasks to ensure alignment with goals, timelines, and quality standards.
Act as a technical liaison, translating complex technical concepts for functional and business leaders.
Identify process or skill gaps and resolve issues proactively through coaching or resource alignment.
Provide guidance and mentorship to developers, drawing on expertise in AWS, Python, .NET, and Angular.
Collaborate with stakeholders to manage expectations, prioritise tasks, and align technology efforts with business needs.
Lead or contribute to RRE and appraisal processes, recognising high‑performing team members.
Prepare and share clear, concise status updates and documentation with leadership and stakeholders.
Promote a strong team culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
Support generative AI initiatives, including RAG and Agentic AI, to drive technology innovation.

 

 

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

 

10+ years of combined technical and supervisory experience in full‑stack development.
Deep technical expertise in AWS, Python, .NET, and Angular.
Proven ability to lead, mentor, and manage technical teams effectively.
Strong experience in performance management, including RRE and appraisal processes.
Ability to translate complex technical information for non‑technical stakeholders.
Skilled in resolving roadblocks, bridging technical gaps, and fostering team development.
Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
Familiarity with generative AI implementations such as RAG and Agentic AI, along with modern AI frameworks.
