The selected candidate will provide technical leadership in the architecture, design, development, and delivery of complex analog and mixed-signal IPs. The role requires strong expertise in power management solutions, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to drive IP development from specification through silicon validation.

Key responsibilities in your new role

Lead the design and development of analog and mixed-signal IPs, ensuring high-quality execution and timely delivery.
Drive architecture definition, circuit design, verification, and silicon bring-up activities for medium-complexity mixed-signal IPs.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to design teams, guiding implementation strategies and resolving critical design challenges.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including digital design, verification, layout, product engineering, and system architects.

Strong expertise in analog IC design with proven technical leadership capabilities.
Extensive experience in Power Management Unit (PMU) design and development, including low-power architectures and power sequencing functions.
Hands-on experience in Switch-Mode Power Converter (SMPS/DC-DC Converter) design and implementation.
Demonstrated ability to independently drive medium-complexity mixed-signal IP development from concept to production.
Strong understanding of analog design fundamentals, including amplifiers, references, regulators, bias circuits, and feedback control systems.
Excellent problem-solving, technical communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to lead design reviews, influence technical decisions, and coordinate across global teams.

2.Principal Engineer Design-Analog Design

Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role

Design Lead for Power Management ICs and POL ICs
Work closely with Concept Engineering, Applications, Marketing, and Project Managers to define feature set, chip architecture, resourcing, schedule and cost.
Mentor less experienced designers in the art of mixed-signal design, highlighting good design practices
Support / plan DFT strategy and DFT design implementation.
Support production test development and ramp to production.
Specification and transistor-level design of low-power /high-performance analog circuits and power management modules meeting performance, silicon area, power and timescale constraints with CMOS/BCD technology.
Perform all aspects of IC analog/mixed signal design from definition to production.
Potential areas of design include Buck converter design, precision analog blocks, as well as higher voltage integrated drivers, switching FETs, sense and protection circuitry.

Your Profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
MS in Electrical Engineering or related field and minimum of 5 years of IC design experience.
Strong foundation in analog & mixed signal design
Have experience as a design team lead and manager
Attention to detail during all aspects of architecture definition, circuit design, debug and documentation.
Exceptional interpersonal, time management and communication skills.
Design experience with Power Management ICs and LDMOS/BCD process technologies and PDKs
Experience in different modulator architectures.
Proficiency with the complete suite of Cadence tools for mixed signal design
Solid knowledge of EDA design tools and Cadence design environment and hands-on experience with Virtuoso Custom IC Environment.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Strong hand-on experiences in lab for silicon evaluation and validation.
Power electronics knowledge is a big plus.
