Lead - Finance Reporting

Your Job

As a Lead – Finance Reporting at Koch, you will play a critical role in delivering high‑quality financial insights and KPI reporting that empower our manufacturing operations and business leaders to make principled, data-driven decisions. You will independently manage financial and non-financial reporting for the Supply Chain Finance organization, partnering with leaders across plants, divisions, and corporate functions to identify value creation opportunities.

Our Team

You will join the Supply Chain Finance Reporting & Analytics (R&A) team within Koch. Our team partners closely with Finance leaders, plant operations, and cross-functional stakeholders across the manufacturing network. We focus on delivering accurate, timely, and actionable reporting that aligns operational performance with strategic financial goals.

What You Will Do

·        Deliver insightful financial and non-financial reports , performance dashboards, and analytic summaries to support business decision-making.

·        Perform variance analysis, trend evaluation, and income statement analysis to highlight key drivers and improvement opportunities.

·        Provide meaningful commentaries and performance narratives that translate data into actionable insights.

·        Collaborate with plant finance, divisional teams, corporate functions, and operations to identify value creation opportunities.

·        Support and maintain visual analytics dashboards (Power BI/Tableau) and enable data-driven decision-making across the network.

·        Champion continuous improvement by identifying reporting gaps, standardizing processes, and enhancing reporting frameworks.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

•  8–10 years of experience in  FP&A, Finance, Accounting , or related reporting functions.
• Expertise in financial analysis  (income statement, variance analysis, performance summaries, profit analysis, working capital analysis, ratio analysis) .
• Proficient in the F&A domain with experience in corporate consolidation processes.
• Hands‑on experience with  SAP FI, SAP BW , and consolidation tools such as BPC, SAP, or OneStream.
• Strong communication, coordination skills, learning agility, and ability to work under pressure with high integrity.

·        Strong critical‑thinking abilities with experience identifying process improvements.

·        Exposure to supply chain or manufacturing finance environments.

·        Strong analytical storytelling and the ability to convert data into strategic insights.
