globally competitive semiconductor ecosystem. As part
of India semiconductor mission, TSMPL is
establishing a world-class greenfield semiconductor
manufacturing facility and enabling the country's long-
term semiconductor ambitions.

Role in a Nutshell Lead Industrial Engineering, Capacity Planning, Factory
Planning, Equipment Planning and Fab Start-up
activities critical to successful fab launch, production
ramp, operational excellence and future expansion.

Responsibilities Strategic Leadership & Fab Start-up
• Lead Industrial Engineering and Planning
organization.
• Establish planning frameworks for fab start-up and
ramp.
Industrial Engineering Leadership
• Develop manufacturing capacity models and
productivity frameworks.
• Drive cycle-time reduction, bottleneck management
and factory optimization.
• Establish workforce planning and utilization programs.
Fab Planning & Capacity Strategy
• Develop short and long-term capacity plans.
• Lead manufacturing loading strategies and forecasting
models.
• Drive fab expansion and productivity enhancement
decisions.
Equipment Planning & Capital Investment
• Lead equipment planning and deployment strategies.
• Develop equipment loading and tool capacity models.
• Partner with Finance and Operations on capital
planning.
• Drive asset productivity and utilization programs.
Factory Development & Ramp
• Support layout planning, manufacturing flow
optimization and operational readiness.

• Establish scalable planning systems and governance.
Cross Functional Collaboration
• Partner with Manufacturing, Engineering, Facilities,
Supply Chain, Finance and Technology teams.
• Build high-performing engineering and planning
teams.

Essential Experience 15+ years of semiconductor manufacturing experience
with leadership responsibility in Industrial Engineering,
Capacity Planning, Factory Planning, Manufacturing
Planning or Fab Operations. Experience in foundries,
IDMs, advanced packaging or OSAT environments.
Experience supporting greenfield fabs, fab start-ups or
major capacity expansions.

Qualifications Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical
Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations
Research or related discipline. MS/MBA preferred.
Strong expertise in Industrial Engineering,
semiconductor manufacturing operations, capacity
planning, factory planning, equipment planning,
production ramp management and manufacturing
optimization. Experience with leading semiconductor
manufacturers such as TSMC, Samsung, Intel, Micron,
GlobalFoundries, UMC, ASE or Amkor preferred.
